Four-hundred and nineteen. That’s the number of new prescriptions and refills prepared for our hundreds of patients at Bayonne Pharmacy across one busy day in February. That’s 12,570 pills counted by the technicians assuming the regular monthly distribution of 30 pills per prescription and the numerous phone calls from:
Distressed people who don’t know the status of their medication
People unsure if the pharmacy even has their prescription on record
A quicker and easier way to get medication delivered and transferred
Patients that want to know what their medication is for
It’s hard to blame them when that’s really the only way for them to know the state of their medication. The Bayonne Pharmacy app is here to change that.
